Each Mini21HT machine is equipped with a unique QR code located on the front panel.
To support warranty registration for all Mini21HT models beyond the BICM WhatsApp Warranty Registration,
You may escalate this information to end users accordingly.

Warranty Registration Process:
Step 1:
Scan the unique QR code located on the front of the Mini21HT machine.



Step 2:

Upon scanning, you will be directed to the following landing page




Step 3:
Click on “REGISTER WARRANTY”. You will be redirected to a registration page where the machine's serial number will be automatically filled. The end user only needs to complete the remaining required fields to submit the warranty registration. (Tally with the serial number labelled at the back of the printers)
